Sunvair acquires Aircraft Systems to expand component MRO capabilities
MRO provider Sunvair has acquired Miami-based Aircraft Systems in a move designed to expand the depth of products and services available to customers.
Aircraft Systems is an FAA and EASA Part 145 repair station with unlimited Accessory Class I, II and III ratings, alongside Limited Landing Gear and Limited Airframe ratings.
The company specialises in the repair and overhaul of a broad range of aircraft components for commercial and cargo operators worldwide, including hydraulic and electro-hydraulic accessories, landing gear components, electro-mechanical accessories, pneumatic accessories and airframe components.
Sunvair said the acquisition aligns with its wider strategy to broaden its component and accessory support capabilities while strengthening its position as a more comprehensive maintenance provider.
Kerry Jarandson, president and chief executive of Sunvair Aerospace Group, said: “The acquisition of Aircraft Systems is a continuation of our strategy to expand the accessories and components we offer and provide even more services to our customers.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
