Terms & Conditions (Master Service Agreement)
Welcome to Yule Trips Ltd. By using our website, booking a flight, hotel, tour, or utilizing our visa consultation services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("The Customer") and Yule Trips Ltd ("The Agency").
Important: Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with your booking. These conditions clarify our role as an agent and your responsibilities regarding travel documents, payments, and cancellations.

1. Our Agreement and Contract With You
1.1. Role of Yule Trips Ltd: We act primarily as a Third-Party Agent. When you purchase a flight, hotel stay, or car rental through us, your contract is directly with the Travel Supplier (e.g., the Airline, Hotelier, or Tour Operator). We are responsible for arranging the booking on your behalf, but we do not run the airline or own the hotel.
1.2. Booking Confirmation: By "Booking," we refer to the request for services you make via our website or agents. A contract is formed only when we receive full payment (or an agreed deposit) and issue a verification email/invoice. This email may come from agents such as Sam, Adam, or Jason, or directly under the name of Yule Trips.
1.3. Third-Party Liability: As an agent, Yule Trips Ltd accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of the Travel Suppliers (e.g., flight cancellations by the airline, hotel overbooking). However, we will assist you in resolving disputes with these suppliers.
2. Payment Conditions
To confirm your reservation, payments must be made in accordance with the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. We offer three payment structures:
- Option A: Full payment at the time of Reservation (Required for most flight-only bookings).
- Option B: Deposit at the time of reservation, with the remainder payable before checkout/travel.
- Option C: Full payment on Checkout (Specific packages only).
2.1. Strict Payment Rules:
- We do NOT accept Cash or Cheques. All payments must be traceable (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer).
- If the payment plan is not met, Yule Trips reserves the right to cancel the package on a non-refundable basis.
- Price Fluctuations: We do not control market prices. If a fare rises before your full payment is received, you are liable to pay the difference.
- Chargebacks: We reserve the right to recover any costs associated with unjustified card chargebacks.

3. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds
3.1. Standard Policy: Most discounted airline tickets and hotel rates are Non-Refundable and Non-Changeable. This is a condition set by the suppliers, not just Yule Trips.
3.2. Agency Admin Fees & The "7-Day Rule": In the event that a change or cancellation is permitted by the supplier:
- If you request a change to your travel booking within 7 days of your booking confirmation, Yule Trips reserves the right to charge an Admin Fee of 20% of the total booking/rental value.
- This fee is in addition to any penalties charged by the airline or hotel.
- Initial deposits are strictly Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for "No-Shows" (failing to arrive for your flight or hotel).
3.3. Processing Refunds: Refunds are subject to the Travel Supplier’s approval. Once we receive the funds from the supplier, we will process them to you. We are not liable to refund you until we have received the money from the supplier.
4. Flight Booking Terms (Crucial)
4.1. Check-In Times: It is your responsibility to arrive at the airport on time. We adhere to the following strict guidelines:
- International Flights: You must arrive at least 120 minutes (2 hours) before departure.
- Domestic Flights: You must arrive at least 90 minutes (1.5 hours) before departure.
4.2. Reconfirmation: You must reconfirm your return flight 72 hours before traveling. Failure to do so may result in the airline cancelling your seat.
4.3. Direct vs. Non-Direct: Unless explicitly stated as "Direct," flights may involve stops or routing changes. Yule Trips is not responsible for technical rerouting by airlines.
4.4. Ticket Delivery: Tickets are usually issued within 24 hours of full payment. If you do not receive your ticket within 7 days of payment, you must contact us immediately.
5. Passports, Visas & Health (Your Responsibility)
5.1. Documentation: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold valid travel documents. This includes:
- A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
- Valid Visas for all destinations and transit points.
- Health certificates (e.g., Vaccinations) where required.
5.2. Visa Consulting: While Yule Trips provides expert visa consultation, the final decision lies with the Embassy. We are charged for the processing service, not the outcome. Embassy fees and our service fees are Non-Refundable even in the event of a visa refusal.
5.3. UK Residents (BRP Holders): If you are a Non-UK national residing in the UK, specific rules apply. Please consult your agent regarding necessary documents for re-entry into the UK.
6. ATOL & Financial Protection
6.1. Flight Packages: Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. However, ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed.
6.2. Certificate: If your booking is protected, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. If you do not receive one, your booking is not ATOL protected. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. We may share passenger data (API - Advance Passenger Information) with airlines and government authorities as required by law for security purposes.
