Visa & Immigration Service Terms
This agreement outlines the terms of service between Yule Trips Ltd ("We", "The Consultant") and The Client ("You") regarding visa consultation, application processing, and appointment booking services.
Please Read Carefully: Visa issuance is the sole prerogative of the respective Embassy or Consulate. Yule Trips Ltd assists in the process but has no authority to grant visas. By engaging our services, you accept the limitations of our liability as outlined below.
- No Guarantee: We do NOT guarantee that a visa will be issued.
- No Refunds: Service fees are for the work performed and are non-refundable even if the visa is refused.
- Processing Time: Embassy timelines are estimates only and are outside our control.
1. Scope of Services
Yule Trips Ltd provides professional assistance which includes:
- Reviewing your documents against embassy requirements.
- Completing visa application forms on your behalf.
- Booking appointments at Visa Application Centers (e.g., VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS).
- Providing advice on cover letters and itineraries.
We do NOT: Issue visas, influence embassy officers, or speed up the embassy's internal processing time.
2. Fees and Payments
2.1. Service Fee: The fee paid to Yule Trips Ltd is for our professional time and expertise. This fee is earned once we have reviewed your documents or booked your appointment. Therefore, it is Non-Refundable under any circumstances, including visa refusal or withdrawal of application by you.
2.2. Embassy Fees: Fees paid to the Embassy/Consulate are government levies and are never refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:
- Provide True Information: You must declare all facts truthfully (e.g., criminal record, previous visa refusals). Yule Trips is not liable for bans/rejections caused by false information provided by you.
- Valid Documents: Ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity and sufficient blank pages.
- Timely Submission: Provide documents by the deadlines set by our agents. Delays by you may result in missed appointments.
4. Processing Times & Delays
Any processing times mentioned (e.g., "15 days") are estimates provided by the Embassy. Yule Trips Ltd is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the Embassy's workload or administrative checks.
- Delays caused by courier services (Royal Mail/DHL) when returning passports.
- Missed flights or hotel bookings due to delayed visas.
Recommendation: We strongly advise NOT to book non-refundable flights/hotels until your visa is actually in your hand.
5. Visa Refusals
In the unfortunate event of a visa refusal:
- No Refund: As stated, our fees cover the work already done and are not contingent on success.
- Reasons: The Embassy usually provides a refusal letter. Common reasons include insufficient funds, unclear travel purpose, or previous immigration history.
- Re-Application: If you wish to re-apply or appeal, this is treated as a New Service and standard fees will apply again.
6. Handling of Documents (Liability)
We handle your passports and documents with the utmost care. However, Yule Trips Ltd limits its liability as follows:
- Loss by Third Parties: We are not liable for loss or damage to passports while they are in the possession of the Embassy, VFS/TLS, or Courier companies (Royal Mail).
- Our Liability: If a passport is lost due to our direct negligence while in our physical office, our liability is limited to the cost of replacing the passport document only. We are not liable for lost travel costs or consequential damages.
