Flight Booking & Carriage Policy
This policy governs the sale of flight tickets by Yule Trips Ltd ("We", "Agent") to you ("The Passenger"). When you book a flight with us, you are entering into a contract of carriage with the Airline. We act as the booking agent, and this document clarifies your responsibilities regarding check-in, baggage, and airline schedules.
- Reconfirm: You MUST reconfirm your flight 72 hours before departure.
- Check-in: Arrive at least 2 hours early for international flights.
- No-Show: If you miss the outbound flight, your return flight is automatically cancelled by the airline.
- Tickets: Non-refundable/Non-changeable unless stated otherwise.
1. Check-In & Boarding Times
Airlines have strict cut-off times. Yule Trips Ltd is not liable if you are denied boarding due to lateness. You must adhere to the following:
- International Flights: You must be at the airport check-in counter at least 120 minutes (2 hours) before departure.
- Domestic Flights: You must be at the airport at least 90 minutes (1.5 hours) before departure.
- Boarding Gate: You must be at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before departure.
Failure to meet these times will result in the loss of your ticket ("No-Show") with no refund.
2. Flight Reconfirmation
Flight schedules can change. It is mandatory that you:
- Reconfirm your outbound flight 72 hours prior to departure.
- Reconfirm your return flight 72 hours prior to your return date.
Failure to reconfirm may result in you missing a schedule change, or in some cases, the airline cancelling your reservation.
3. E-Tickets & Name Correctness
3.1. Name Matches Passport: The name on your ticket must match your passport exactly.
Example: If your passport says "Muhammad Ali Khan", your ticket cannot say "Ali Khan".
3.2. Correction Fees: Any name correction requested after the ticket is issued will incur a fee (or the cost of a new ticket), as per Airline policy.
3.3. Delivery: E-tickets are emailed within 24 hours of full payment. If you have not received your ticket 7 days after payment, please contact us immediately.
4. Baggage Allowance & Restrictions
4.1. Allowance: Your baggage allowance is stated on your E-Ticket. "Economy Light" or "Saver" fares often include Hand Luggage Only. Checked baggage must be purchased separately.
4.2. Lost Luggage: Yule Trips Ltd is not responsible for luggage lost or damaged by the airline. You must file a P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report) at the airport immediately upon arrival.
4.3. Dangerous Goods: You are strictly prohibited from carrying hazardous items (explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids) in your luggage.
5. Pregnancy & Special Assistance
5.1. Pregnancy: Airlines restrict travel for expectant mothers (usually past 28-32 weeks). You must carry a doctor's "Fit to Fly" certificate. Failure to produce this may result in denied boarding.
5.2. Special Requests: Requests for wheelchair assistance, special meals, or bassinet seats must be made at the time of booking. We will pass these requests to the airline, but they are subject to availability and never guaranteed.
6. Schedule Changes & Cancellations by Airline
Airlines reserve the right to change flight times or aircraft types for operational reasons.
- Minor Changes: Changes of less than 12 hours are usually not eligible for compensation.
- Major Changes/Cancellations: If the airline cancels your flight, we will assist you in claiming a refund or re-booking. However, we are not liable for consequential losses (e.g., booked hotels, taxi transfers) resulting from the flight disruption.
7. Direct vs. Non-Direct Flights
A "Direct" flight may still stop for refueling without a change of aircraft. A "Non-Stop" flight goes point-to-point. Unless your ticket explicitly says "Non-Stop," stops may occur. Yule Trips is not responsible for technical stops added by the airline.
