With the United States of America celebrating its 250th anniversary soon, reports indicate that all flight operations at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) will be grounded for parts of the weekend, due to various events taking place. This includes flyovers, aerial displays, and fireworks planned in the surrounding airspace, which would pose a threat to safe flight operations in and around the airport, thus prompting the grounding.
